Our menu is deliberately organised by time and price. Everything on it is a treatment our therapists have trained in properly and perform regularly, rather than a long list designed to look impressive. If you are new to Thai massage, the 60 minute Traditional Thai Massage is the honest place to start. If you carry your stress in your shoulders and want the fastest route to relief, Hot Stone or Deep Tissue will serve you better.
Booking online reserves your time rather than taking payment, so you settle up at the spa by card or cash.

Your therapist uses palms, thumbs and forearms to apply rhythmic acupressure along the Sen energy lines, combined with assisted yoga-style stretches. Oil can be used if requested. Best for stiffness, restricted movement and desk-bound bodies — it's as much about mobility as relaxation.

If you want authentic Thai technique. The authentic technique practised in Thailand. Your therapist uses palms, thumbs and forearms to apply rhythmic acupressure along the Sen energy lines, combined with assisted yoga-style stretches. Oil can be used if requested. Best for stiffness, restricted movement and desk-bound bodies — it's as much about mobility as relaxation.
If you carry deep tension. Deep tissue at 60 minutes for £50 works firmly into the stubborn layers behind back and shoulder pain. Hot stone at £65 reaches similar depth with far less pressure, because warmed basalt lets tight muscle give way on its own.
If you mainly need to stop. Relaxing hot oil at £45 and aromatherapy at £60 are the gentler end of the menu, chosen by guests who want quiet and warmth rather than a workout.
If you have 90 minutes. The rituals combine several disciplines in 1 unbroken session. Our signature Deep Relief by Herbal at £100 is the fullest expression of what we do.

Good To Know
What every treatment includes
Every booking begins with a short conversation about where you hold tension, any injuries, and how firm you like the pressure. Thai tea is offered while you get ready. Rooms are candlelit, warm, and kept spotless between guests.
For oil based treatments underwear is kept on at all times and you are never fully undressed, with towels covering you throughout while your therapist steps out of the room. For traditional Thai you change into the loose clothing we provide.
Please arrive 5 minutes before your start time. We do not offer massage to guests who are pregnant at any stage, which is a matter of safety rather than convenience.
