Being this close has a practical benefit. You can book a 60 or 90 minute treatment on a weekday evening without it swallowing the whole night, and if you walk in you avoid the parking question entirely.

Follow the A135 south towards Yarm, cross the River Tees at Yarm Bridge and continue straight onto the High Street. We are at number 49. If you are coming from the streets closest to the river it is an easy walk, and Eaglescliffe station is a short hop from Yarm station on the same line.
Yarm High Street parking is free for the 1st hour and £2 for 1 to 3 hours, Monday to Saturday, 9am to 5pm. For a longer treatment, West Street, The Old Market and Castle Dyke Wynd car parks are £3.50 all day. Evenings after 5pm and all day Sunday are free, and from most of Eaglescliffe walking in avoids the question altogether.
